ZEPELIN, Ltd.

Zepelin was created in 1996 as a small producer of sport bags and advertising inflatables.

Within 2008 became one of the most significant producers and exporters of advertising inflatables, where 70% of production is exported to 14 countries of European union.

We are hardly trying to fulfill all orders, if it is megaboard with a size of 15x50m, inflatable tent with 14m diameter , or "only" series of 30 cm inflatable models. Behind all, there is a team of 30 people, who are creating the product from the sketch, through 3D visualization, digital printing, cutting, sewing or welding to quality control, delivery and eventual assembly on the spot.

From the first day of our company our main motto was "the quality is the first". We are fulfilling it until today, what was confirmed by getting certificates ISO 9001:2001 and ISO 14001:2005.

Development

We are constantly developing new products for our customer, some of them protected as an industrial design pattern. We are focusing our emphasis on life time, safety of use, and of course we do not forget attractive design of our products.

We are actively cooperating with suppliers of high quality materials. Thanks to this fact there was developed INFLATEX fabric for our use. On a base of strong polyester fabric there is a PVC layer on a face side, giving this fabric long life time, easy service and high flame resistance (M2/B1). We are using this material for 90% of our inflatable products.

Service

Our products are huge and use to be dominant on events, where they are used. We understand, as important it is for the client to have a product 100% functional. Most of our customers use to use out of season period for maintenance and service of this products for next season. On the other hand, even in the middle of the season in emergency situation, e.g. when product was damaged by hard weather conditions, our employees come and directly on the spot repair this product. Even it is on the opposite side of Europe.
